He’s the direct cause of most of suffering because who he gave the orb to. So most of the game save maybe wicked eyes wicked hearts is his fault. Everyone killed by a fade demon from a rift is linked back to him. The Anchor was killing you since you got it then he stopped it and restarted it when tresspasser begins. So he can take it back so every inquisitor is going to die even the ones he had a relationship with. Oh and his entire relationship with everyone is tainted because of it .
There’s an argument to be made that even Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts is partially his fault since his agent, Felassan, interfered directly with the events that led to it. Luckily, he worked against Solas in the end or else bald man would’ve had the eluvian network instead of Briala! Who knows what he would’ve done to MONUMENTALLY FUCK THAT UP!
Anon Solas literally is the reason why Lavellan (or any Inquisitor) is basically dying by the time Trespasser comes around wtf game were you playing!!!

But seriously folks, this is why I don’t fuck around with Solas stans anymore, because so many of them have defended all his bullshit passionately, going as far as excusing his racism because “he’s dealt with trauma so it’s understandable”, but when really damaging shit pops up in fandom….fucking crickets.
None of them speaking up when Vivienne rape/torture fic pops up. None engaging with racist assholes like replicajester or boticella86 or whatever. Not a one telling andrasteshaircurlers to fuck right off with their homophobic/racist bullshit. Some of the biggest names in Solavellan defending bi dorian/sera mods, defending and continuing to support geeky-jez, siccing their followers on people who fall out of line within the fandom itself, along with many, many more things in a long line of shitty behavior that has been rewarded over and over simply because they’re the biggest Solas content producers.
Basically come in my inbox with Solas stuff at your own risk because I’ve been fucking around in this fandom since before the game came out and I’ve seen a lot of shit, and I mostly have screenshots and/or links to it all. 🙂
