And Ioun acrted like keeping the guns a secret was the problem, instead of sharing them with the world. The guns the Whitestone military has are the ones Ripley made. She sold several of them, too, they’re around. They don’t qualify as a secret anymore, despite all of his intentions to keep them contained – that were apparently bad, according to Ioun.
