Vax likes to go on and on about how they basically look the same in every way. Vex occasionally contradicts him, but that’s usually limited to, ah, choice body parts.
if no one answered your question yet it’s never really stated outright but i assume vax and vex look so much alike they could easily pull off a shes the man situation. Elves in general look fairly androgynous with males and females being tall slim and having angular features
