i don’t know a single fic writer who has asked for their work to be published in an anthology. i don’t know a single fic writer who asked for the cast to read through the archive and feature their favorites, and very few who wanted their work to be read at all. i don’t know a single fic writer who asked to be hired by content creators for their writing.

i do, however, know a lot who would just like to not be treated as the butt of the joke. that’s all.
