No, because A: that particular device has many other implications and B: he knows better, although he was probably tempted to pop it out a few times during the rambunctious toddler phase while they were clambering into EVERYTHING.

But I do think that he _tells_ them to mind their manners when necessary, although if he makes the mistake of saying so in those words while in Vex’s earshot, she’ll start to snicker. Which of course just undermines his authority in the moment and annoys him. But he also entirely understands what his wife’s dirty mind is up to. 😉
