I’m facing basically the same conundrum. Do I romance Laura as Laura? Or Matt? Or Marisha? I already ruled out Travis because what I’ve seen so far doesn’t appeal to me, but THAT MAKES IT HARDER. SO MUCH HARDER.
I haven’t picked up Marisha’s character yet, but I just looked it up and I think she’s in the next zone of the city I’m visiting anyway, so I’ll go do that posthaste. The whole romance thing with Xoti opened up quicker for me than I was expecting, so it wasn’t so much choosing between options as OH OKAY THIS IS HAPPENING I’LL JUST RUN WITH IT WHEEEE. 😉
(Honestly, it’s shades of Alistair in Dragon Age: Origins. There I was walking through a dungeon, I accidentally clicked on him when trying to target something to loot, and suddenly it’s all confessions of love and roses, and goddammit, Alistair, stop trying to woo me while I’m up to my ankles in dead darkspawn, it’s…oh, boy…oh, fine. 🙂
How far along ARE you?! I am still in Neketaka and no one wants to confess anything to me! And I’ve been playing nonstop since the game came out in my timezone! I haven’t even met Tekehu yet, just saw, uh, “romance” scenes on youtube. Where do I get Maia?!
