Rachel Green did not have a happy ending.

She had AN AMAZING JOB OFFER in Paris and ended the show with no job, some loser guy and yeah…no job. After she busted her ass to prove that she was more than just a spoiled heiress.

I’m not still bitter or anything.

When I first watched the finale at 17 I was swept up in “I got off the plane” and how wonderful and romantic that was. 

Now I’m 32 and I’m like how the FUCK would you ever give up your dream job in PARIS for Ross Gellar!?!?! It’s not like she’d never see him again. They shared a kid for God’s sake. Go to Paris.

Also they have museums in Paris?! And universities and pretty much as many ways Ross could have worked there as he did in New York. Like honestly he should have gotten ON a plane. He’s also an academic like he could have taken a sabbatical or gone off to write a book or something given he’s loaded. Given he was the source of like 90% of their problems to begin with the guy owed it to her to be the one making the sacrifices for once.
