People who make giant points of not explaining something drive me bonkers, because it inevitably makes a much bigger deal of whatever it is they’re not explaining, often in a passive-aggressive bid to get attention. And even if that’s not the intention, it still ends up being a vortex that sucks all the damn air out of the room. Caleb’s been doing this in one way or another THE ENTIRE CAMPAIGN.

At this point, if people start making jokes out of it because he hasn’t bothered to state very simple facts, he’s kind of brought this on himself.
